Castor started to be interested in contra-bass at the age of 12. Influenced by Steve Harris, Geezer Butler and Rudy Sarzo, he acquired his first bass at the age of 14 and started to practice playing songs from the heavy metal albums he had at that time such as Iron Maiden, Kiss, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica among others.<\/p>\n
In 1993, Castor was invited to join Torture Squad and they quickly recorded and released their first demo – tape in the same year with 4 songs entitled “A Soul in Hell”, followed by nine studio albums and three more CDs and two DVDs. live, and many international tours playing in several countries in Europe and Latin America including the Rock in Rio festival in 2019.<\/p>\n
